Q. How do I know if my submission was received by the lab?
You can view the status of your submission in our online portal. Visit our COFL Resource page for helpful training videos.
Q. How do I receive my lab test results?
Results in progress (preliminary) can be found in the client portal. Finalized results are distributed by email in PDF format. If a mailed copy of results is needed, please contact the lab for arrangements.
Q. What are your prices and how can I pay?
WVDL accepts credit card and check payments. Credit card payments can be made by following this link: https://charge.wisc.edu/wvdl/payment. Questions can be emailed to the WVDL Billing Section at billing@wvdl.wisc.edu or you can call 608-262-5432.
