Test Changes at WVDL
On a regular basis, the WVDL has an exercise to evaluate tests that are completed in house. Due to the complexity of the assay and the cost of the instrumentation required compared to the demand for testing, several tests are now referred to outside diagnostic laboratories. These tests include ionophores in feed and anticoagulant assays.
